Exchange of Academic innovations need of the hour: Dr. Prabhakar Kore-KUTICON-2022

Medical Science is progressing with leaps & bounds, exchange of academic innovations in the dermatology domain amongst fellow doctors’ ushers’ advancements in learning opined Dr. Prabhakar Kore, Chancellor of KLE Academy of Higher Education & Research (KAHER). He was speaking after inaugurating KUTICON-2022, 13th Indian Association of Dermatologists at KLE Convention Centre which is hosted by J N Medical College, Dermatology Association of Belagavi & Belgaum Institute of Medical Sciences (BIMS). Dermatology is rapidly developing branch of medical science, Skin is the biggest tissue which covers the entire body & is exposed to various disease like Psoriasis, vitiligo, burns, skin cancer,etc and few of these diseases need prolonged treatment said Dr. Kore. In a hilarious note Dr. Kore quipped, if any one could make an effort to regrow hairs on his bald head will be welcome. The exchange of skills, knowledge, clinical techniques and experiences must be shared to young medicos to further strengthen learning-teaching initiatives advised Dr. Kore.

    Dr. Dinesh Kumar, Secretary General said Dermatologist Association is the 2nd largest medical group in the country. He further stressed education can only transform the society. 

    Dr. Suhash Manjrekar welcomed & introduced guests, & Dr. S C Nataraj  felicitated with Life time achievement award for enriching the branch of Dermatology. Dr. Ravi Yadav spoke on the occasion. Dr. N S Mahantshetti, I/C Vice Chancellor, KAHER, Dr. V A Kothiwale, Dr. Ashokumar Shetty, dr. Ravi RAthod, dr. Prakash Kololgi, Dr. Savita A S., dr. D P Jayant, Dr. Viresh D., Dr. Shivkumar Patil, Dr. Sushrata Kamoji, Dr. Satish Ghokhale, Dr. Santosh Sinde,Dr. A M Pandit, Dr. Bhavana Doshi and over 500 delegates were present in the KUTICON-2002 which will be three days event. Case discussions, scientific talk, hands on workshops, poster presentation, Debates are part of two days KUTICON-2022.
