How many days / months one should use toothbrush, if used longer than recommended what are health risks

A toothbrush is a handheld oral hygiene instrument consisting of a handle and a head with bristles. Its function is to clean teeth and gums by mechanically removing dental plaque and food debris. Toothbrushes come in various sizes, shapes, and designs to accommodate different preferences and oral health needs.

The effectiveness of a toothbrush depends on several factors, including the quality and arrangement of the bristles, the size and shape of the brush head, and the technique used during brushing. Dental professionals recommend brushing teeth at least twice a day, ideally after meals, for approximately two minutes each time to maintain optimal oral hygiene.
