Potatoes are predominantly used for making various forms of vegetables. In North India Alu Paratha is a choice of every house, so are chips, Alu bondas, finger chips, famous Vada Pav has potato as ingredient. They are rich in nutrients, cheap to grow and can make delicious treat. But it is not an end, the milk extracted from Potato is gaining popularity in Europe. It is proved to be better than soya milk, Almond milk and it is cost effective. Potato milk is available in various flavors & is marketed through attractive tetra packs.
